Itinerary Overview

Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Drive Time: ~2 hours
Depart from Arusha and head to Tarangire for a full-day game drive. Watch for large elephant herds and ancient baobabs. Overnight near Lake Manyara or Karatu.

Day 2: Serengeti National Park

Drive Time: ~4–5 hours
After breakfast, drive through the Ngorongoro highlands into the Serengeti. Enjoy en-route game viewing and an afternoon game drive. Overnight inside Serengeti.

Day 3: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Start with an early morning game drive in the Serengeti. After lunch, continue toward Ngorongoro, with optional stop at a Maasai village. Overnight near the crater rim or in Karatu.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater Tour – Return to Arusha

Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. See lions, rhinos, and more in this wildlife-dense caldera. After lunch, drive back to Arusha.
